I’m in danger of falling into a complete Shake It Off obsession; goodness knows how many times I’ve listened to Officer Davis now.

Officer Davis (who turns out to be 49) explained that he knew all the words to Shake It Off thanks to carrying his 8-year-old daughter & her friends in the car, and I now completely understand. I’m quite sure that the whole world was full last Autumn with 8-year-old girls singing along in the car to Shake It Off. The damn thing is verbal catnip.
