I think that everyone feels a little happier when they discover that someone else is more stupid, or more ugly, or more crazy than they are. It’s as if they feel themselves rise one notch in the list of the world’s intelligent, or beautiful, or sane people. So, here is someone that is going to raise the happiness quotient of almost 100% of the world’s population:

1. Zhao Wei is a Chinese actress that is famous in China for appearing in a TV series called “Tiger Mom”
2. On May 1 2015, a new law made it harder for Chinese courts to reject lawsuits
3. A Chinese chap in Shanghai has recently issued a lawsuit at the Pudong New District Court because (roll of drums):-
   

   He suffered ‘spiritual harm’ during her most recent show when she “stared at him too intensely” through his TV set.

Excellent. Job complete.
