4 years ago the young boy had been at a party with his aunt & had jumped up to hug her. The aunt had sued him for “acting unreasonably” & causing her injuries:

The aunt claimed that injuries sustained in the accident had a profound effect on her life and that she was at a party recently where it was was “difficult to hold my hors d’oeuvre plate”.

The jury was in the jury room for just 5 minutes. They returned with a “not guilty” verdict.
