Modern viewers are doing everything that they can to avoid advertisements. In response, advertisers are using up-to-date digital techniques to cause them to be seen regardless.

China has an online video and TV distributor called Youku. It has announced a deal this week to use such digital product placement in its shows. In response, David Sillito makes a 2 minute video to show that the BBC can pack it with ads, too.
